- Please read these Terms and Conditionss carefully. These Terms of Use govern your use of this website which is hosted by Supreme Conveyancing. By accessing this site you confirm that you are capable to contract under the applicable local laws and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to any additional guidelines of this site.
- The services provided does not substitute for legal advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice. All services will be provided using reasonable skills and due diligence and on the information that is provided. Please note that Supreme Conveyancing will not be responsible for any Errors and/or Omission in the enquiries raised or the reports produced.
- No Lawyer/Advocate/Attorney-Client Relationship. There is no lawyer/advocate/Attorney -client relationship created through the presentation of this website or your sending us any information about your activities or needs. Supreme Conveyancing would be glad to have you contact us, but please note that contact also does not create an lawyer/advocate/Attorney -client relationship until an agreement only in writing has been reached regarding a particular matter. No confidential information should be shared except by written consent of one of our lawyer/advocate/Attorney. We do not adhere to the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

- Supreme Conveyancing does not deal with unregistered freehold titles. In case of a new lease and newbuilds the above prices will apply.

- There are no implicit nor explicit warranties or representations with respect to enquiries raised and reports provided to the firms and it is expected the fee earner/caseworker in charge of the transaction will review the reports before sending the same to the intended recipient. Supreme Conveyancing is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for, damages of any kind arising out of its use of the services., no guarantee is provided in respect to the services it provides. if you're unhappy with a product or service and you want to receive a refund, contact the business with your grievance as soon as possible. You could email us the error or omission upon which we will review the issue in question and if its a genuine error we will waive the fee for the work.
- We will endeavour to process the requested services within 48 hours of receipt of request. We will inform you if there are any delays.
- Please do not send us any confidential information like your’ client’s identification documents, source of funds, bank statements or any other documents which has personal data about your client. It will be responsibility of your firm to check the names on the contract and mortgage documentation matches to those on your clients’ identification documents.
- We reserve the right to change this Site and to these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Please review these Terms of Use each time you access this Site.
- By using this site, you also agree that we may provide all legal communications to the e-mail address you provided to us when sending us the instructions.
- We do not guarantee exactness as to the finish and appearance of any of the final products. The quality of the products and services may vary and may not meet your expectations.
- The images represent actual product though color of the image and product may slightly differ due to your monitor settings.
- Terms of Payment
- The company reserves the right:
- To invoice the Customer for disbursements incurred by the Company and any such invoice shall be due and payable immediately;
- To require the Customer to provide payments on account for specific works done or to be done and expenses incurred or likely to be incurred on the Customer’s behalf;
- To invoice the Customer for part costs to be incurred once initial approval to proceed is received from the Customer;
- To suspend work until such payments are made.
- All other invoices shall be paid in full within 30 days of the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All invoice queries should be notified to the Company within seven days from the date of the invoice or shall be deemed accepted.
- Any late payments will incur a cost of 5% per month above the Bank of England base rate. In the event of late payments or missed payments, the Company reserves the right to cease all creative or strategic work and take down any website with 48 hours notice.
- Goods or services supplied to or commenced at the request of an agent for the Customer shall be chargeable to that agent as well as to their principal.
- In the event of late payment or non payment of debts by a third party introduced by a contact or agency as ‘the client’ this debt will revert to the introductory agent or contact.
- The Customer shall be responsible for effecting all necessary insurance in respect of any loss, damage or expense that it may suffer directly or indirectly in relation to the provision or non-provision of the Company’s goods and services.
- These Conditions shall be governed and construed according to Indian Law and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Mumbai.
